Our next tournament is Sunday, April 20. The format is a Member-Guest 2-Man Shamble. Net and Gross payouts. Day games available. $40 per team. As this is a team event, each team must decide to fully participate in day games or not.
Select a partner who is not a current member of the Mens Club. Both players hit a tee shot and the best tee shot is selected. Both players than play their own balls from the location of the selected tee shot through to the completion of the hole. Essentially, a scramble off the tee and best ball into the hole.
Combined team handicap must exceed 10. A maximum of 10 strokes between partner handicaps will be used for tournament and day game purposes.
Example: Partner A has a 6 handicap and Partner B has a 20 handicap. The team handicap is 26 and exceeds 10. For tournament and day games, Partner A plays with a 6 handicap and Partner B plays with a 16 handicap.
Guest players must either have a GHIN handicap or be able to demonstrate an average score, i.e., scorecards.
